These Terms of Use govern your use of the IPTV Expert website and applications published by SAS Liftoff.
1. A media player, not a content service
IPTV Expert is a media player. It does not provide, host, sell, bundle or distribute channels, playlists, television subscriptions, films or series. You must obtain your own compatible source and all rights required to access and play it.
2. Authorized use
You may use IPTV Expert only for lawful purposes and with sources you are authorized to access. You must not use the product to infringe copyright, bypass access controls, attack systems, distribute malware or violate applicable law.
3. Third-party sources and services
Your provider, playlist, portal, network, device platform and store are independent third parties. We do not control their availability, legality, accuracy, security, catalog, EPG data or stream quality, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
4. Availability and changes
Features may differ by device, operating system, region or app version. We may update, replace or discontinue functionality where reasonably necessary for product development, compatibility, security or legal compliance.
5. Intellectual property
IPTV Expert, its software, website, branding and original materials are owned by or licensed to SAS Liftoff. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
6. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the product is provided without a guarantee that every third-party source, codec, stream or device configuration will work continuously. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SAS Liftoff is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized sources, third-party outages, provider content, incompatible configurations or use contrary to these Terms. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
8. Contact and governing law
These Terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Contact [email protected] with questions.
